Units of Length and Equivalencies

A lesson plan to explain the history of units of length, introduction to the units of length, and conversions of length. This is used with a projector or overhead screen. The whole class is able to work together to find conversions and measure real world objects in the classroom. This site allows for whole group instruction to explain the history, name, and conversions of units of measurement. This is an overhead lesson, that allows the class to work together to find and name units of measurement.
