Rocks and Soils
Students use this interactive activity to learn more about characteristics of rocks. They move different rocks to test permeability, ability to float, split and wearability. There is a quiz students can take to assess understanding. An audio feature is available for students with reading challenges.
This can be used as an enrichment activity for developing knowledge of other characteristics used to describe or categorize rocks.
