NOVA: Absolute Zero Teacher's Guide
This link provides access to short on-line segments of the one-hour-long NOVA special on Absolute Zero. It also provides a teacher guide with accompanying focusing questions and hands-on activities for use in the classroom. This resource is most useful in a freshman class.
The material in these video segments is inherently interesting, and is a good supplement to basic information about temperature in general and cold temperatures in specific. A historical connection is provided.
