Worksheet-Physical and Chemical Changes
After copying the worksheet for each student, the students should select the best answer to distinguish between physical and chemical reactions. If this is used as a formative assessment, students can self evaluate their understanding of physical and chemical changes characteristics.
This pre-assessment allows students to interpret information and determine whether a chemical or physical change is being described.
