Teacher and Educational Assistant Matrix
This is a tool that describes the roles of both teachers for each part of the school day. Teachers can plug in their personal schedules and create the matrix with their Educational Assistant before the school year begins. This assures that both teachers know their roles and expectations to assure that the day is smooth and the classroom is well managed. This also serves as a great tool for Substitute teachers in the classroom to follow as a guide.
