Come learn about the practical steps that Lexington High School took to increase educator effectiveness through collaborative teams. Through a partnership with the Ayers Institute, this high school leadership team has:

  • expanded its members,
  • trained all teachers on the importance of collaboration, and
  • empowered teacher-leaders to facilitate cross-curricular and content-area teacher teams.

This interactive, practical session will equip you with steps and tools to increase the level of discourse in your school and equip your teachers to achieve collective efficacy—all with a focus on learning.
