More and more children from elementary to high school are struggling with stress and anxiety. Family situations, friendships, testing, and overwhelming schedules can cause crippling anxiety in students if they do not have the skills and resources to cope and manage in these times. Children and teens spend approximately seven hours a day on screens, and that number is only expected to increase with time. Why not use that screen time to help students learn how to cope with anxiety and stress? Join us as we focus on how we can promote programs, games, and resources to decrease stress and anxiety among students through technology.
