Promoting Effective Teamwork Using a Dynamic Shared Work Plan

Effective collaboration is one of the biggest challenges facing students and professionals today. In this presentation, Dr. Sanders will teach audience members how to use a dynamic, shared, work plan to address some of the common pitfalls of collaborative work. She will outline concrete steps and provide guidance for educators who are interested in incorporating work plans into their work with students and colleagues. This presentation will be beneficial for educators who are interested in supporting students in creating high-functioning teams. It will also be beneficial for individuals or students who are interested in boosting their own productivity.
