Life Cycles of Frogs, Dragonflies, and Butterflies

This lesson contains directions for letting students compare and contrast the life cycles of frogs, dragonflies, and butterflies.  Literature and videos are used in the lesson. Students  observe and explain similarities and differences in the life cycles of frogs, dragonflies, and butterflies . Eric Carle's book, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, is used to begin the lesson.  Videos are used  to study the life cycle stages of frogs, dragonflies, and butterflies. Students compare these three organisms life cycles.
