A Travel Journal for Homer's the Odyssey

This lesson plan leads students through creating travel brochures about sections of the Odyssey.  Students summarize a section of the text and then choose graphics and create the brochure. Note: some school systems block Google images, so the teacher might need to have alternative suggestions such as a typical Google search, Clip Art, or other resources. Students will enjoy using their knowledge of technology to create the travel brochure.
