Phonemic Awareness Assessment - Kindergarten
A teacher's worksheet that quickly assesseses phonemic awareness, divided into five subcompetencies: rhyming words, isolate initial consonants, isolate ending consonants, blend onsets and rimes, and blend separately spoken phonemes.
This simple assessment can be used to measure student progress in acquiring phonological and phonemic skills, and can quickly identify problem areas.
