Dr. Billie McConnell has been involved in educational technology for 37 years as a teacher, administrator, assistant professor, consultant, and trainer. He has implemented 1to1 laptop programs, created technology courses, re-designed education courses to implement technology, and worked with districts to create a new vision for learning with technology. As the former Director of Abilene Christian University’s K12 Digital Learning Institute, Dr. McConnell helped ACU win recognition from the Texas Education Agency for the Integration of Technology in an Education program. He serves as a Professional Learning Specialist for the Mind Research Institute and adjuncts for ACU and Liberty University.
