Classy Invertebrates
On this website you will find a links to this activity where students practice invertebrate classification. There are 4 links that include a powerpoint, a mat, a worksheet and animal cards, and a quiz. These resources can be used throughout a unit on classification. The activities can be done in groups, with partners, or individually. The cards can be used for preassessment, again later with the mat for formative assessment, and then the quiz at the end for a summative assessment.
