This file is a great resource for teachers to send home at the beginning of the year (or whenever a new student joins a class). This resource will help teachers learn more about a student and family. It can be referenced throughout the year to help a student feel comforted and valued. In addition, it can be revisited during parent-teacher conferences to reference goals and expectations stated by the parent/family of the student.
