Webinar: Educational Leadership - Navigating Conflict through Vision Setting and Habits of Mind
Educational leaders are often called to make positive and sustainable changes in their organizations. However, challenges such as limited scope of vision and ineffective collaboration with parents and teachers can act as roadblocks in the path toward effective educational leadership. With these challenges in mind, Dr. Cayce and Dr. Sanders will share insights about the transformative potential of cultivating strength-based Habits of Mind and engaging in personal vision setting. Their presentation will equip both novice and seasoned educational leaders with tools to lead effectively, to foster improved collaboration, and to skillfully address conflict with an array of stakeholders.
